The marine cable can only be wound on the 1-2 layer winch, the stress is relatively concentrated, the marine cable is soft and hard, which is a great test for the marine cable. After mooring, it was found that the ship's rope was not damaged, but it was deformed severely.

Use fiber cotton thread to make multiple movable "neck braces", which can tighten the roller according to the order of the roller. As a result, it can be flexibly placed in a situation in which the guide rollers may be worn out on each port marine cable depending on the cable angle. Practical application shows that the cotton sleeve can reduce the abrasion between the marine rope and the guide roller.
