1. Material testing.

2. The material test shall be carried out according to the furnace batch, with the same furnace number, the same diameter is a batch of no more than 50,000Kg per batch, Note: The ccs specification is 40,000Kg.

3. The chemical analysis sample for marine anchor chain round steel shall be in accordance with GB222, and the chemical analysis method shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB223.1-223.10. The chemical composition shall comply with the requirements of Table 3.

4. For M1 and M2 marine anchor chain round steel, one round steel should be taken from each batch of round steel to take one tensile test piece and one curved test piece, and for M3 grade marine anchor chain steel, it should be from each batch of round steel. In the middle, take a round steel, intercept a tensile test sample and cut a set of (three) V-notch impact specimens along the longitudinal direction of the round steel.
